  A few years ago, I purchased a new furnace from Purdy's and have been very pleased with the efficiency of recommended model and money that I have saved because of it. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. The price was very competitive with others... I recently had the furnace checked and serviced by Purdy's to prepare for winter; their price was reasonable and the two servicemen were quick, respectful and efficient..they also told me how well my furnace was performing. I am set for the coming winter and feel comfortable continuing the patronage of this company. I would also recommend it to others.

  My husband and I have been using Purdy Plumbing and Heating for several years now and Todd and his crew are always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Todd is always fair with his pricing and he is a man of his word. He is done our heating, septic pump and water tank to name a few. And in my opinion he seems to always be there for us. If we thought he didn't know what he was doing we wouldn't use him over and over again. I appreciate his honesty which is very hard to come in the service industry these days, not to mention he is very knowledgeable in his trade and makes sure his guys are too.

  We have bought 3 furnaces from Pat Purdy in the last four years. His service is excellent and his workmanship is above average. Dealing with him as a contractor I found that he is one of the most honest companies in his field. He has never had to come back to do any work on any of these 3 furnaces to this date. We have just purchased another furnace for our own home, he went far and beyond to have the furnace installed because we had no heat in our house. His prices are very competitive and he backs up his warranty and his workmanship. By reading some reviews listed here I seen tremendous good reports. I do recognize one bad report and the person is not telling the whole truth and stretching it a little to far. There is always two sides to every story. Keep up the good work Pat!

  We recently had Purdy install a new Carrier Infinity furnace and air conditioner. We could not be more pleased with the result. Todd gave us a great price (less money for a top-of-the-line Carrier system than other prices we got for bottom-line or mid-line competition). The workmanship of the installation, which included some duct modification, was superb. Thanks, Ben and Tim.

  Excellent service! Phoned at 7am when our furnace died. They were at the house by 9am, back with parts needed and heat back on by noon. The bill was more than reasonable. I would never call anyone else for heating/plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
