  Natural Pet Foods have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Yesterday my boyfriend and I went in to the Carleton Place location to buy Natural Balance wet dog food. We had just recently switched brands due to availability issues and we were promised there would always be this particular dog food in Stock by the case unless the manufacturer had an issue. We went in to pick one up and there were only 9 cans and they said that they would get in another 3 by last night and would call us. Not only did they not get the cans in, they didn't even call us to tell us they wouldn't be in. Today we went back to see if the case was there. The employee we dealt with was less than professional and they still didn't have the food. We then drove to the Ottawa location to see if they had it. They didn't. The woman there was extremely apologetic and tried to sort things out for us. We ended up calling a different pet store for the food and they set aside a case for us. On our way back to Carleton Place they called and left a voice mail saying they now had our case of food in Carleton Place. We are extremely unhappy with our experience and we will be dealing with another pet store from now on.

  The best place to go shopping for your pet! I really love the service I get from this place. The ladies that work here always answer all my questions and help me with everything...... they are just great . I wouldn't go to another pet food store or one of those places that sell animals. Its a nice friendly place and its now my go to store for all my pet food and cat litter and products. I highly recommend coming here! I would rather go here than pet smart any day!!! And while your here you can make a donation at the counter for the cats they help. I love this little place! Please go here you'll enjoy it!
